It's made of polypropylene plastic and comes filled with approximately 20 clear disposable 0.0007 mm PE starter bags, each measuring 10 5/6" W x 12 5/6" H. You can unscrew and refill with your own! This is great for dog owners who remain conscious of their surroundings when going for a walk. Warning: keep out of reach of children. Pad print your logo and go for a stroll with your clients and their best friends! Note: Item ships unassembled with carabiner in each dispenser with bags.

All international shipments must be billed on a third party shipping account number provided by the customer and must ship via UPS or FEDEX. All charges including duties & taxes as well as incorrect address and residential delivery charges unpaid by recipient will be billed net to distributor plus an administration fee. A fee applies for export documentation. Export documentation fees do not apply to shipments sent via UPS or FEDEX
