The writing utensil includes a novelty cap with an integral dipping stick/wand, breakaway neck cord and some soapy bubble liquid in the barrel. The cord measures 25" in length, 12 1/2" per side. It includes high quality, black medium point ink. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD--small parts. Not intended for children under the age of 3.
