Third Party Shipping
All international shipments must be billed on a third party shipping account number provided by the customer and must ship via UPS or FEDEX. All charges; including duties & taxes; as well as incorrect address and residential delivery charges unpaid by recipient; will be billed net to distributor plus an administration fee. A fee applies for export documentation. Export documentation fees do not apply to shipments sent via UPS or FEDEX.
Drop / Split Shipments
Less Than Minimum-Absolute minimum is 1/2 the minimum catalog quantity. First column pricing applies. LTM orders are only available to standard production orders. LTM fees and first column pricing will apply to all re-orders. Due to the cost of order processing; we will not accept orders for less than $100(X) (not including freight).

Handling fee will be added to total freight amount. Handling fees apply to all orders; including orders shipping on 3rd party account #.
California law now states that warning labels must be included on all consumer products shipped to the state of California. A charge will automatically be applied to any order that is subject to Prop 65 warning. Jetline will apply warning labels to all orders being shipped to the state of California. Jetline must be clearly notified by customer if any or all of their order is to be used or distributed in the state of CA in any fashion. Label reads-This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and / or birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Order Changes-Any changes made to orders after receipt of initial PO must be made in writing via e-mail or fax. Each change will be billed. All changes made the same day as order shipment will be billed. All changes made the same day as order shipment must be received before 3 PM EST.
