All international shipments must be billed on a third party shipping account number provided by the customer and must ship via UPS or FEDEX. All charges, including duties & taxes, as well as incorrect address and residential delivery charges unpaid by recipient, will be billed net to distributor plus an administration fee. A fee applies for export documentation. Export documentation fees do not apply to shipments sent via UPS or FEDEX.

Order Changes. Any changes made to orders after receipt of initial PO must be made in writing via e-mail or fax. Each change will be billed. All changes made the same day as order shipment will be billed. All changes made the same day as order shipment must be received before 3:00 pm EST.

Same Day Rush Service. Please contact factory prior to placing order to ensure sufficient inventory and production capacity. Over/Under Runs. Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered; however due to the nature of the manufacturing process we reserve the right to ship 5% (2% on orders 5000 or more) over or under the quantity ordered and invoice accordingly

Third party Shipping. Processing and handling fee applies to each ship location per order using a 3rd party account number or billing freight collect.

Upcharge for exact quantity shipments

We will apply of Prop 65 warning labels to all orders being shipped to the state of California. We must be clearly notified by customer if any or all of their order is to be used or distributed in the state of CA in any fashion.
